Dave works with a wide variety of organizations during organizational or individual leadership transition. He has traveled and managed businesses throughout North America, India, South Africa, Asia, United Kingdom, and Europe. Dave is currently the Program Chair for Human Resources at CPCC and has taught organizational development, entrepreneurship, employee relations, and economics at Pennsylvania State University, Indiana Wesleyan University, University of New Haven, and Indiana University Bloomington. He has a strong interest in lean organizational transition, management & organizational development, and strategic planning. He holds a masters degree in human resources as well as a bachelor degree in economics from Michigan State University.

Jesse is passionate and dedicated to multimedia communication through web design and social media management. He has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Advocacy and courses in Organizational Communication. Jesse has 5 years of leadership experience in the Charlotte community and is currently the Community Minister and Director of Communications and Connections at Assurance United Methodist Church. Jesse remains up to date with communication best practices and latest trends. His time as Community Minister at Assurance equips him to create user-friendly communication while focusing on organizational goals.

June Freeman is a dedicated and technically skilled business professional with a versatile skill set. She has more than 15 years of administrative experience and 5 years of communications experience giving her much to offer organizations with special projects or situations. Some previous employers include Findley Davies, a human resources consulting firm, and Walt Disney Imagineering. June has an aptitude for rapidly learning new software applications and business systems. She also has a strong gift for getting diverse groups to work well together.

Ashley focuses on serving the management skill needs of the new manager. Through her organization, she provides tools to new managers that can be implemented immediately resulting in improved, measurable performance. Ashley’s background combines an extensive leadership background with 6 years active duty as Naval Officer combined with an MBA from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan Business School and Ph.D. work with Sullivan University. Ashley has worked in corporate America for the last 8 years with high impact companies.

Michael Zietlow
LMS ENGINEER
Mike serves as the LMS Moodle Engineer for the online leadership courses for DPZietlow & Associates. He maintains the servers and infrastructure for the online content. Reliability and security are important to us. Mike is in engineering at North Carolina State University and has worked several years developing software and system networking for start-up companies. He has served in the United States Marine Corps.
